Portadown True Blues Band Parade
June 2018

Saturday night saw the bus in Portadown at Portadown True Blues 50th Anniversary parade.
The bus was parked outside St. Marks Church, thanks to Inspector Badger from the PSNI for all his help.
We had a busy night and lots of help from band members who were not parading.
Thanks to Brian Adamson for being the photographer for the evening.
Thanks to James and Mina Johnston for all their help setting up and putting away the stuff on the bus.
Your help is really appreciated.
It would not be a parade without a visit from John and William.
The boys came back at the end of the parade to show me the cup that John had won for being the best drum major. It was lovely to receive encouragement from a Christian gentleman called Geoffrey
who called on the bus to tell us he was praying for us.
Once again the teddy bears received a lot of attention and with many offers to buy them.
The teddies will be making their way to Brazil with Valerie in July.
